Began renting in May for $119. Moved stuff in and today got a notice rates being raised to $167! So I called and asked if I was given an introductory rate? I was not told I was given an introductory rate and assumed the rate would remain unchanged. The representative said, “well that’s the way it’s done.” So I was lied to. I am looking for another storage facility that at least won’t lie to me. Get the contract confirmed before renting otherwise stay away!

It's unfortunate but prices have jumped way up almost unforable and not worth storing if you're needing to store for a two bedroom plus home.
They don't give any price Cuts or deals for long-term customers that are repeat customers either which I feel would be a great incentive to get and keep more business just a thought. On the other hand, Corey management he is amazing knowledgeable professional such a joy to interact with always there when I need him to answer questions or to make a payment or just for anything he is definitely the reason why I stay.
