I’ve been going to Dr. S since I was 9 years old and still do till this day. He does help a lot when it comes to your personal health. I would travel across states just to see Dr. S because I don’t trust other doctors. He is straight to the point and don’t beat around the bush. Definitely would recommend him ?

I've been going here off and on for years. Dr. S is the best doctor. He is there for you. As far as the help, different amounts, and other complaints I've read, the only thing I can say is the wait time sometimes. But he's busy, he's a Dr.

Wonderful doctor, caring, and knowledgeable. My whole family now goes to him, and we trust him. I have gone to doctors with fancy offices who don't pay attention to you. In this day and age, it is unique to have a doctor who knows you and your family, remembers your history, and really cares. I have never had a doctor like him, it is kind of old fashion to have such a caring doctor-patient relationship. My whole family is thankful to Dr. A and I highly recommend him.

I was happy to be seen the morning I called for stomach flu. The doctor was professional, courteous and attentive. However, the staff is lacking. The front desk was courteous, but attempted to collect over $100 from me when she had my insurance information, including my supplement that covers my deductible. She apologized, admitting her error. Later in the day, my pharmacy texted they needed additional information regarding one of the two prescriptions called in. I waited hours, then called the pharmacy. They had faxed the doctor but no one at the clinic responded. To the doctor's credit, he assisted me at the eleventh hour get one of the prescriptions filled at another pharmacy. However, the following morning, concerned about the side effects that were indicated on one of the medicines' paperwork and my concern I was at high risk, I called the Clinic and was asked to leave a message for the nurse, which I did. That was early in the day.....it's now 8:30 pm and the clinic is closed until Monday. No call back, although the nurse's message was that my call would be returned either during the lunch period or after closing today. I don't wish to bother the doctor after hours, so I'll not take the medication until I hear from them Monday. This medication was for a secondary sinus infection I didn't even know I had. Again, the doctor was courteous and professional, but follow up has been poor by the staff.

Only because I can't leave a zero stars review, I will tell you why they only get the 1 star. First, we waited, unattended or greeted, for 10 minutes before someone rudely asked how they could help us. Second, when we were asked if we had ever been there before and we told them no, she looked at me and said oh it will be a really long wait because the doctor has regular patients he is seeing today. I said then why does the sign say walk in? I mean really? I have great insurance and a family of 6...I'm pretty sure the doctor seeing patients would have handled it differently. Just saying...

Very disappointed... I went into see him, waited 30 min in the room, he saw me for 5 min, prescribed Z-pak, cough medicine and inhaler, paid $110 for the visit. I didn’t realize that z-pak is not actually a penicillin. After two weeks I still was coughing and I called and asked for a penicillin or antibiotics. They said the doctor would have to see you again and that would be another $110 charge. Most doctors if you had just seen them, they would offer to call in a prescription... no not this one... too money hungry.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. S. He is very knowledgeable and spends more than enough time with you to listen what your ailments are and his diagnoses are spot on. I've been going to him for about 10 years now and have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and doctor. If your looking for a great physician, this is your guy. If you're looking for a pill dispensary (like the folks who have been commenting negatively) this isn't your guy.

RUN!! this dr is terrible. Went in for an office visit, dr told me he was calling in my prescription and never did. I called back to check up on when he was sending the prescription in a couple days later and he told me that I had to come back in for another office visit and pay for another visit??? Ridiculous!!

Not an urgent care. Lady at the front desk was rude and asked rudely if we had an appointment? Well no, your sign says Urgent care clinic walk in clinic. Opens at at 9 am. We walked in at 9:01 and was told first available appointment was for 10:45. This is not how urgent care clinic operate where we are from

Called ahead and left message inquiring if I could be seen for a postpartum visit. Got a call back to be seen for postpartum depression. That was not quite the attention to detail I had hoped for in a medical practice. But the caller was gracious so I decided to schedule the appt. I was still a little skeptical, so I called back to verify that the doctor could had a postpartum visit. I was assured it wasn't a problem and that the appt would take 15-20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes to have vitals taken and be shown to the room. I was told the doctor was running a bit behind but would see me by noon. By 20min after noon, I'd not been seen. The medical assistant who took my vitals said she needed to ask the doctor, but she never got back to me. When the doctor arrived he was personable, but brief. I found him professional and thorough I would have given four stars for the care, but the staff and poor timing dragged down the rating. My suggestion, carefully pre-screen the last week l
