UPDATE: The financial team finally contacted me and answered my questions, and we can now move forward with my request. The lead time for my request is about 8-12 weeks. Now, I'm crossing my fingers to close the case ASAP! Thank you.
I have been trying to communicate with the financial team for two weeks. I've called several times, leaving voice messages, who answers the phone is really nice, she tries to connect the call but the financial team hasn't answer. Still haven't received a response. It's incredibly frustrating because I'm unable to go personally to the office.

trying to get a hold of toyota financial services for days but cannot get a hold of anyone.
Also purchased a new vehicle and in my purchase receipt it said the windows came tinted however the new vehicle does not have tinted windows

Good evening. If I can put less than one star I would. The HR team is unprofessional and works at an untimely manner. The management also works at an untimely manner. There is no communication by the management and took a month to get a call back when stated and assured there would be one made. HR did not thoroughly examine what was sent to them and gave up easily. I would appreciate if HR and management can get coached and learn so this doesn’t happen again.

Got oil change some months ago. They put wrong oil in and the receptionist kept arguing the car needs mineral oil instead of looking it up, while it even says on the engine oil cap what oil goes in. Changed to synthetic again by my insistence, at least he said so.
Now they still keep sending me coupons for mineral oil change when Toyota stopped using mineral oil like 15 years ago! How are you supposed to trust a dealership that can't train their people to look up what oil they are supposed to put into the cars the sell?

Had a great experience buying our first car with Gettel. We worked with Frank and he was helpful thru the entire process. We bought a used 2021 Camry with low mileage. Everyone from the finance managers to the service department was knowledgeable and very responsive. We will definitely go there again when it's time to buy a new vehicle.

Let me start off with saying that Joe Rodriguez was absolutely amazing! From helping me find the right truck to helping me understand the way the process works. He truly treated me like I was family and helped every step of the way. After settling on a great deal with him and JJ both I was very happy. I also want to give a shoutout to one of the finance guys Hector who was also amazing. Both him and Joe stayed past closing to help me get my dream truck and I couldn’t be more thankful! Even after having to come back in with simple questions they were both eager to answer and help with anything I needed. You guys have a fantastic team out here and it truly shows!
