Just drove 45 minutes to this store as the website showed they had a game in stock I wanted and the guy immediately says oh no we don’t have that, couldn’t even be bothered to check for me. Never have anything in stock at any stores GameStop is dying

Drove over an hour cause the gamestop app said an item was in stock, when I get there the worker says they don't have it in stock, when I tell them the app says it is, no apology for the inconvenience nothing, just we don't have it, why do they always hire the most socially awkward people to work here?. Thanks a lot, why even have an app? wasted gas, wasted time thanks gamestop.

The worst service, they gave me the money back for my reservation for not looking in the boxes, there were too many feet, he disrespects my daughter and the store votes me for asking for my pre-ordered game but I didn't pay for it in full so he doesn't have his money I hope I look for him tomorrow to see if I have any luck🫣🥴😡

My PlayStation had to be warrantied and I was helped by Marius. This guy is on top of it. Super friendly and knowledgeable about trends. He needs a raise or a promotion or probably both!

worst customer service you can receive. BRIAN the store manager is terrible at his job. Dull attitude and service he provides. Brian makes promises he can’t keep. I also witnessed him just disregarding the work phone constantly ringing and customers walking in through the door without a single care of acknowledgement. Thank You, Brian for your terrible service.

Employee was very helpful helping me licate what I was looking for.When I checked out, he also was very friendly. Visit to me is like all the other times I went, 5 stars wish I could give more.I would recommend this place if you like very friendly, very patient employees who know there stuff .

Called 4 times all during separate hours and no answer from any employeeonce at 1:32again at 2:56Again at 3:44and i just tried again now at 5:08.absolutely no response during any of these times.. i’ll be heading to the other game store that’s not game stop since they can actually answer my questions
