We highly recommend working with Lina at the Bradenton Furniture Warehouse. She patiently helped us furnish our newly purchased condo. They have so many great items, furniture, decor, artwork to choose from. Delivery & setup was awesome and they even sent a technician to touch up a couple of minor blemishes. All in all, a very good experience and we’re super happy with the end result. Thank you Lina!!

Winene was a wonderful sales associate. It only took two days for delivery. The delivery guys were fantastic. All very professional. I will continue to go back for all of our furniture needs.

We are new to this area. Seen the sign and decided to walk in and check the store out. Pamela Freemen greeted me ask if I needed help. Told her first time in and was going to browse around. She told me her name, she was so friendly and reassured me that if I needed anything she’d be around. The store has everything very well organized and staged. My husband decided to join me, we knew and had been shopping for our whole house furniture. We had just sold all the furniture with our home. Pamela was fun to work with, we purchased today a king size bedroom set. It is beautiful and the price was so much better than other stores we’ve browsed at. She set up everything and guided us into a great mattress. We will be back for more furniture and I seen some fun decor as well. Thank you Pam for making this a great fun experience!! Al, Di Wehr

We needed several pieces for our new home and were so happy to find everything in one place. Pam was extremely helpful and patient as we wandered around adding items! The delivery team was wonderful as well!

4/17/24 Spent $5000 for a recliner, sofa, buffet, and dining room table with 6 chairs. After delivery didn't like how far the end chairs stuck out of dining table. Couldn't push in due to table legs. Before purchase when at store asked about returns and told no problem they would give store credit. So then called and asked if I could return 2 of the 6 chairs and swap out for the bench instead. This is 4 hours after delivery.....I could bring back and pick up bench myself. Store said OK but 15% restocking fee. Additional $100. Very upsetting to say the least. Asked to talk to Storer Manager. This is policy nothing I can do. Managers cant make decisions apparently. Called corporate customer service. Nothing I can do this is policy. Extremely rude and said I should have read the "Trifold" documents. Asked for district manager phone number. Gave me cell number and called No reply. Called again later no reply. This is a company that doesn't understand or care about customer satisfaction. Still have a master and two guest bedrooms to furnish. They actually know this but doesn't matter. Its there POLICY. Will never set foot in one of these stores again. Thats my policy.....Update: trying to recoup a little from return disaster took the thank you placard they give when deliver that says if you complete a google review and take to store you will get a $25 “gift certificate”. Well guess what - they don’t have gift certificates. Called corporate Linda. Very rude didn’t want to talk. Transferred me to CEO but controller answered and not aware at all of placard and couldn’t help. Stephanie if your interested customer satisfaction is important.

Antonio did a good job showing us the couch and made it very easy to purchase and delivery the next day. The delivery was uneventful and the gentlemen were very nice. I’ll buy from there again?

Found a beautiful 8x10 area carpet for our living room. Meagan was super helpful in the process, and extremely friendly. The item needed to be ordered and delivered to our home. A week later we were enjoying glasses of wine on our sofa, caressing our nice, soft, new carpet under our feet. We'd gladly shop at Furniture Warehouse again.

Megan was very knowledgeable and helped me picking out coastal lamps and decor. She was not pushy and took time to look around for numerous lamps. I would definitely shop there again.

I bought a bedroom set 2/4/24 and matress and foundation and told him i needed it soon he said the set will be delivered the7th and matress/ foundation in 10 days ok no matress/ foundation in 10 days I went back and the person I talked to said they had to make the matress and wont get till march the manager wasnt there to talk to so I went back the next day to see her she says its on backlog I said I have a bedroom set and no matresses and asked if they can refund me so I can go buy somewhere else she said no theyll call me when It will be delivered well in the meantime my niece is still on the sofa Ive been with this company for years never was treated like this before they said it will be here the 29th if not im going to channel eight news I wont buy from them again three people lied and the guy that sold me them shouldve let me no they wasnt gona be in for almost a month I would of went somewhere else and bought the matresses

We were delighted with our purchase, not only intrinsically -- the recliner and ottoman are very comfortable and attractive, as well as good value-for-money -- but also in terms of our experience with Furniture Warehouse, especially with Dawn, the web sales specialist. She was a joy to work with from our first contact some time ago, to the selection of fabric colour, to the purchase and payment process, and, finally, to the arrangements for delivery.
