How does this office stay in business?
No one answers the phone or returns messages so no way will I go here.

My doctor, Dr. Papper, is great, but his office is a mess. I have been trying to get preauthorization for a prescription for almost two weeks, but no one returns my calls. Aetna is waiting, CVS is waiting, and my liver is waiting. I want someone who can help to return my calls. Thank you.

Made three endoscopy appointments, all cancelled or last minute time change (from morning to afternoon). The last one I got no call from the surgery center and I didn't even know the time of my appointments, then I got a bill for no showing. Called and emailed to explain, no response but keep sending bills.
