I have to say, Flat Fee movers really impressed me. When I reached out for a quote, they responded incredibly quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. When the time came to move, they were once again very prompt in their responses. We scheduled a date and time, and they arrived right on schedule. Despite the challenges of a not-so-great staircase and heavy furniture, their attitude remained positive throughout.They took great care in wrapping my furniture and loading and unloading it without any damage. They worked diligently and quickly, getting everything done in a timely manner. I was truly impressed with their service and would hire them again without hesitation.Thank you, Lou, Patrick, and Omar – you guys were amazing!

Brad and his team helped us out with a local move and our experience was absolutely amazing! They arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They efficiently loaded up our 4 bedroom home and safely transported our belongings to our new home. They placed everything exactly where we wanted it and were incredibly courteous throughout the entire process. Was given a quote on 3 guys moving a one bedroom apartment and end up to be $500 over the quote. Very Misleading Company! Had 3 men show up at 8:45 and didn’t start working until 9 but was charged with an 8:30 start time. At $185 an hour- there is $90 more. One of the men says to me that they were late because he didn’t get to sleep until 4am so overslept. They took a couple of breaks- smoking away my money - there’s another $100! All three were very slow and complained going up and down stairs. All in all- a 4 hour job that I was quoted turned into 6 hours! When they called me to get payment the rude employee told me I should have stopped them after 4 hours and do the rest of the move myself! Real professional there!! They dropped my TV and had to plug it in to see if it still worked and when I unloaded at my new apartment, I was missing a large box the had all my kitchen glassware. They probably dropped that as well and kept it on the truck so I would see the broken pieces! Stay away from this company!

I would give 0 stars if it was possible! We hired them for a move 3 years ago and it was great! So we hired them again for our move that was suppose to happen today. We got our confirmation email and confirmation call yesterday that they would be arriving between 7-8 am and it is now the day of 10am and no one has shown up or called us and we try to reach out to them via phone and email and no response! They take a deposit and leave you stranded. Absolute BULLSHIT now we have to scramble to find a same day mover because these people decided to not show up without warning!

After looking into other options, I booked a local move with Flat Fee Movers Bradenton a few weeks in advance. They kept their word, arrived on time, and loaded, unloaded, and reassembled everything in less time than anticipated. Great team, I would absolutely suggest Carl, Benny and Robert. Very impressed.
