I bought a 2023 ford explorer on 26 june 2024 for $41,000+ and I made my first payment on 06 aug 2024. Today driving over 40mph and the doors, windows, mirrors and back starts shaking and the rear passenger window won't go up or down. I called firkins only to be told, not their problem and we won't fix it, take it to ford. I was in tears. I went to autoway Ford in Bradenton and they took my vehicle in, put me in a rental, paid for by ford and will let me know something by Friday. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM FIRKINS. EVER. This was actually my 3rd vehicle purchase from them. Don't go there. Go to Autoway Ford if looking for a used car.
I'm done with Firkins.

Be wary of this dealership. They make an alleged deal with you and then play the how much of a payment can you afford game after they run your credit and play their financing game with you. Shady tactics.

My name is Mrs. Butler I've had the worst experience in my life from having my vehicle fixed for anywhere y'all firkins had one job to that was to install a new ignition key system upgrade y'all knocked my front end alignment off then then two days later my van started smoking looked under the hood y'all had plastic stuff melting under there now I'm broke down out of town in the back woods going to Bartow I wish can up load my photos for the trouble and harm you all has caused me plus paid y'all over two grand and my van is still not working thanks for nothing

I am just trying to find a used new looking vehicle that has Auto Windows, brakes, has all in wi-fi, cd- fm. ,Cruise control, rear camera,
I do not want to make payments., 6594 total cost, ( no more than 5800 all the enemies. Lumbar support, H honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, maybe even a convertible with new convertible top added.
25 to 45 mi to find somebody to get me there to test drive. Wi-fi, hotspot my hands-free phone. Owner, only no fleet or rentals. *(NO ACCIDENTS*)

We just drove off the lot with a beautiful certified pre-owned 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. We traded in our Nissan and leveled up. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Thomas was our salesman. He was professional, personal, knowledgeable and made sure we got the best we could for our trade in. Also , I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a vehicle . I don't recommend you get your vehicle serviced here!!!!! They will scam you. Triple charge you for work. Tinker with your car to create more problems. Avoid this place!!!!

Purchased a pre-owned Wrangler and my salesman was Dan Horn, couldn't be happier with the entire transaction. I felt like Dan not only knew his product but that he was actively helping me at every step, including finance and delivery. I highly recommend Dan Horn.

I talked to Marley on the phone today. Told her exactly what I needed and how much I was willing to spend. She assured me she had 7 vehicles that matched my needs so I made an appointment and went in, on the same day. Met with the salesperson and lo and behold, they had 2. Oh, and they were over my price. Needless to say I will never deal with them again. It's a shame because we have bought 4 other vehicles there and never once had a problem. I just can't deal with being lied to.

I bought my 2021 Volkswagen in 01/2023 from this firkins dealership. I called on 1/4 to schedule an oil change appointment. They scheduled me for Monday 1/8 at 1:30. I get there for my appointment 10 minutes early and I’m left waiting for 20 minutes before the service agent comes to me. Then he says that we don’t have any oil filters for my car and he doesn’t know why they made the appointment. Then he tells me we won’t get them in until later that day or the next day. But I had already received confirmation for my appointment via email and then I received a call from firkins to confirm my appointment Sunday 1/7. So it was really frustrating to get here today on my lunch break and they tell me to come back. None of the managers were able to talk to me while I was there or even called me back. I left messages for the general manager, the service manager, and the director. No one called me back. I came in after 5 to take my car and I still had to ask to speak with a manager. Who gave me the oil change for free. He also told me that they need to make sure parts are in stock for certain vehicles before confirming appointments and they did not do that with me. But I have a maintenance package with them that covers my oils changes, so it was nice to add another on there. So I will be back unfortunately. Please think twice before purchasing any non dodge vehicle from this dealership. Every time I bring my Volkswagen in they treat it like I shouldn’t even be there.

Geovanny Rodriguez was fantastic. He's really responsive and even got to the dealership early to help me get a inspection done on the vehicle so we could purchase it this weekend. Although we didn't get a veterans discount from Craig (smirk) we did have a great buying experience. We would recommend going to these guys and ask for Geo!
