My mother and I purchased a vehicle from Firkins in 2022, and ended up getting charged about 25,000 dollars more than the sticker price on the video through the loan process. Meaning the vehicle was valued at 27,000, but they requested a loan amount of 37,000. This means that we are stuck paying additional money that has nothing to do with the transaction cost because of these shady practices.

Ask for Logan! Jef in finance is great too! Very trustworthy. Great experience overall. After shopping at other dealers, we are confident we ended up at the right place!

Service here is great. I had Thomas and he is very fun, kind and great service advisor. The service room had free soda , free snacks and nice waiting area. The service area is very organized. Would recommend 5/5 !

Sales transaction with Slade was a pleasant experience, no pressure, no hassle just how you want to buy a car. After the purchase the car had a small issue with a lane assist sensor that they quickly made arrangements with the Honda dealer to reconcile. Slade, Jeff and the guys at Firkins know how to treat customers.
