Would have left-10 but it wouldn't let me. Call them on my f250 for a water pump repair said that they could. It was there 5hrs then they called me and said they don't have certified mechanic for that job really so I'll never take anything there. Very disappointed.

We went in for a wheel alignment. We got our car back from the wheel alignment and on the next following day we decided to drive it out we hear an odd flapping noise. Note: we never took the car anywhere the day after the service. It was home parked the whole day. We called in for inspection again to see what might have been misplaced. Employees were very rude about the situation they said that it was our fault that we had run over something when in reality we never used it. We came home after the servicing and obviously we would know if we had run something over on the way home that day.The next following day was when we decided to drive it and that’s when we heard the noise leaving the house… So how did we run over something? It’s insane but they didn’t want to accept it blamed it on us. Ricardo(Manager) told my husband to call a number if he wanted do a complaint ended up giving him a hiring number. He completely ignored him and took off without coming with a valid explanation or solution. I decided to give a call to the office to see what was going on and they hanged up on me in the middle of the call. The guy never called me back. Very rude employees please choose wisely when trusting your cars. By far the only time we have had such a miserable experience servicing one of our cars. Very disappointed.

Gilbert was incredible! We were in and out within an hour and the prices were great for a new tire and repair on a 2nd. Highly recommend this staff and location. They were so professional and went above and beyond to help us out.

my boyfriend was able to take my car and get my battery replaced (under warranty) with no issues; right before hurricane helene. Thanks again and will be returning to this location for any future needs.

This store did not value my time and misled me with information and wanted me to get more unnecessary work done to my car. My family and I we never work with any Firestone be advise the stores have no idea of the time it will take if you order a tire or part to come to that store . Add 3 hours to what ever time they tell you

They had my truck all day and did no work to it because they didn’t order the correct parts. Never even called to let me know, I had to call them.
