Horrible people to do business with, recommend going to different bank

We made a payment on our credit card 3 days before it was due. Fifth Third didn’t post it till a day after it was due. We have a transaction number but customer service said too bad. Who does business like this. What a scam. Bet they do this all the time and people never catch the late fee. Good Bye Fifth Third.
