Someone’s package was delivered to my door. The address is not even close to my address. When I called to advise them of the wrong delivery I was told to “Leave it “ outside my door & someone would pick it up on Monday to deliver it to the correct address! This is Saturday evening so instead of coming to get it they want it left outside so it could possibly be stolen or damaged until Monday!! WOW!!!

I went in this AM because my package was not delivered yesterday. The agent was very nice and beyond helpful. She had to wait 5 min for the distribution center to find my package then she came to where I was sitting tohelp me.

Was rudely told that I cannot be assisted because they were understaffed, and though they offered the service I was asking for they wouldn’t be able to help me.
I asked questions kindly and was met with an attitude bc the women behind her job clearly was frustrated with the fact that she was understaffed-horrible experience

FedEx told my husband to return an item to one location, showed up and was told they didn’t carry the proper size box. Then I had to drive around looking for the location that carried the right size box. Get your information correct to start please people. Ridiculous

They will only send your fax if you have a debit or credit card so please don’t waste your time if you have to send a fax with Cash.

The customer service was very good. There are also plenty of different supplies available for purchase. The parking is good. Self serve copy machines and the like.

If you were the last place in bradenton
I could mail stuff off I wouldn't. I'd rather ride 2 busses to Venice walk 45 mins and go to the ups store where nice people work. Charge just to sit at the computer to try to lookup forms then charge to print them . Rip off. Sorry some people can't afford a printer of their own. But believe me I'll be buying one soon.

They have everything you need here for shipping and copying. It is very convenient in the center of Bradenton. In a big parking lot in front of this huge shopping center, so no problem parking. A great place to ship of pick up from.
