Was returning product to sender. They sent FedEx but return was another carrier.

Had a Return Package with a LiOn battery. Employee was rude as to my ignorance of not being able to drop off with them.Mumbled vaguely about another FedEx ground facility to drop off my package

Since finding the distribution center, I don't go anywhere else. It's not worth it. They can do everything here and I know the package is right where the trucks are. Would recommend you to go.
