Googled for location to drop of package, visited 3 locations before I finally found a location to take my prepackaged package and ship it. Seems from when I shipped with the competition the sites were clearly mark to ship customer packages.

Okay so the rest of the staff were absolutely understanding and kind. Jennifer is not (the store manager). I made a print order through Canva and received the confirmation email to pick it up. It's almost a 45 min drive so my dad went to pick it up for me. Unfortunately he called it a package and Jennifer kept denying his pickup. He showed a pic of my ID, my email, my phone and she wouldn't budge on anything. He did say, "they are the family Christmas cards." So I sent my dad the confirmation email and she refused to look at it, called him a bully, saying he needed a tracking number to pick it up. So I had to drive myself to pick it up. The staff was friendly and helped me get my print order. Without asking me for an id or anything. Newsflash, Jennifer. You don't need a tracking number for a print order. I don't understand why the store manager would not think to ask my poor dad if it was a print order instead of package. Very unprofessional. It's almost like she had a vendetta against him and refused helping at all costs even if she KNEW that it was a print order. When I arrived, his picture was on the counter in an opened box. I also see other reviews complaining about Jennifer. Maybe she needs costumer service training. Hire Ben (the assistant) instead as the store manager. He heard my problem and helped me find a good solution.

Listen, the world is bananapants and lots of customer service experiences have gotten unreliable. I can tell you, this location is over delivering every step of the way. I have sent them several print jobs and each one has been ready sooner than expected. When I arrive at the store, they greet me and my wait has never been egregious. Their hours of operation are updated and correct on their website, they send you an email as soon as your print job is ready. I have been waited on by Zach a number of times and he has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints and will definitely continue to use them. Also, shout out to Fed Ex's online poster creator with Canva. Very user friendly!

Called to ask for help and guidance on tracking my package that was supposed to be delivered a week ago and the woman who answered the phone Jennifer I believe( Absolute Karen) was very rude. Cutting me off and rushing me off the phone. Find a better receptionist. She wouldn't even be qualified to handle the phones at Taco Bell

After an bad time with that brown company, I switched to FedEx at this site. After using their services a couple of times, I'd like to report that the staff at this store are excellent. They are fast and friendly. Today, I brought something to return and was told it had to go thru USPS. However, the gentleman behind the counter printed the label and taped the box for me. It's a great looking store, and offers computer use, fax and other services. But the staff is terrific.

Don't ship FedEx if you want it on time. I'm still waiting on 2 packages that were shipped April 16th.

Very professional and trustworthy. We rely on Fed Ex to deliver my Father's medications while he is on vacation here in Bradenton visiting from CT. And they do so everutime on time or before tracking says we are to expect delivery. Thumbs up Great Job and keep up the good work. Also I love the fact that we can track packages using an App. On our smartphones! Thank you Fed Ex... Once when our parcel was going to be delayed they called us by phone to personally explain the problem. Now that's great customer service in my book. I can't say enough good things about our local Fed Ex and it's staff...

Rare find for regular fedex! Very friendly and knowledgeable team. I really appreciate the efficiency and great customer service at this location. Most employees are young, knowledgeable and caring. Good on you! I would recommend this location! Thank you for all your help:)

I can understand why there are so many poor reviews. The store manager, Patty, is as useless and unhelpful as the rest of the staff.

There was a mixup with one of my packages. Had to send it last minute for FedEx delivery to store. Didn't realize it took 24 hours to do otherwise I would have sent it home. Would have been easier. Felt like the guy was kinda rude towards my mother and I jumping down our throats saying that the package wasn't here. His tone could have been a bit better. Not my favorite FedEx in town. Only use this if I have to.

The people who work here are very kind and efficient, however they are understaffed. Consistently. This seems to be a high volume location and there are never more than two people assisting customers. Prepare to wait in line!
