Now under new management, we changed the staff and employees, the previous employee was very unprofessional and they were claiming them self as owner (there was husband (tall guy and his wife ) but actually they both were only employee and they put business in slump now owner took it over. They also own some other business in town. They used to run this business on employee but previous employee made the business down. This place at this location since last 20 yrs. It's a family own business. Now we changed the management. Please help us and give us business. We appreciate our customers and our drift priority to give complete satisfaction to our customers. Very rude terrible customer service curses and speaks to customers as if they are the scum on the bottom of his shoes. Picks and chooses the people that are allowed to use the services that are advertised and supposed to be provided to customers by the store and not only at this location at 2615 14th St. W. Bradenton Florida 34205 but the location that is on 9th ST. W. Bradenton Florida 34205 which is owned and operated by the same people. If the store clerk doesn't like you or is having a bad day he'll gladly tell you to f*** off throw racial slurs your way and as soon as you stand up for yourself he doesn't like it and either bans you from the location or refuses to provide you with the Western Union services or any of the other services provided by the store such as FPL bill pay any of the cell phone bill pays that are also offered and clearly advertised on the front doors and plastered on and around the outside of the building it's almost comical how the machine can work just fine for one person yet 10 seconds later it's broke and can't be used and you are told to come back later only to come back later on and the exact same scenario takes place. Not once have I ever been rude spoken to this man in any sort of disrespectful manner always polite and always patronize the store you know once I either pick up a Western Union or if I have money I patronize the store only to be disrespected cussed at have racial slurs thrown around at you and treated like an absolute animal I highly recommend going somewhere else then to ever go in this store again to be treated like absolute dog S*** I can and will be taking my business else where as I highly recommend everyone else does as well that has any type of self respect for themselves. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A STORE THAT USED TO SEE A GOOD AMOUNT OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY I'LL WALK 3-4 MILES BEFORE EVER SPENDING ANOTHER DIME IN SAID LOCATIONS

I've never scene people come to This country open a store a treat people the way they do. They are nasty and while undergoing my cancer treatment have been actually mean over the way I ordered something's. The owner himself is a male chauvinistic. He degrades people in the store. Meanwhile his other worker makes rude comments that are inappropriate. Here is the kicker they are racist not only against blacks and Spanish they are only nice when it comes to the people who come from their country. I myself have lived in the neighborhood for over 9 years. I'm going to 7 11

I was followed around the store while browsing and was asked if I was a sex worker by (presumably) the owner, as he asked other personal questions about my actual job and pretending like he couldn't tell if I was allowed to buy alcohol (I'm 23 and he kept giving my card back and taking it away) He motioned towards the back of the building while asking "what else I do for work". It was 7:30 in the damn morning. No one needs this. ?
