Elyse and the Downsizeology team are the absolute best. They moved my mom into a facility and did an amazing job packing and unpacking. They were so careful and respectful of her belongings and listened to everything she said without judgment. When she passed, we called them again from out of state to take care of what was left in her apartment and they did it quickly and thoroughly and for a very fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted several estate liquidators to empty my mother's Sarasota apartment. Downsizeology was the clear choice. Prices were reasonable, Elyse Johns was responsive,personable, professional, always a pleasure to deal with. Downsizeology did a thorough, timely job, no drama, I highly recommend.

My Dad lives in Florida and I was helping him coordinate the move long distance. I contacted Downsizeology and they were very responsive and helpful. They met with my dad to explain their services. On short notice they came to clean out the house and did a wonderful job. Andy and his team were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with downsizing and clean up.

Fantastic Service! Just downsized my parents 2000 square ft. home. Arrived on time, very organized and hard working. Heavy organ and roll top desk no problem for them. The team came with boxes, tape, straps and dollies and moved all I did not want. Swept, vacuumed and no junk or trash left behind. I would highly recommend them.

I was very happy to find Andy and his company. I was trying to empty out the last big collection of stuff from my parents house and was running out of time and energy. He gave me some excellent counsel. Once the terms of our agreement were settled, he carefully packed up and hauled off just about everything. Overall, it was an excellent experience that really helped me get over the hump of cleaning out the last of the things in the house. He does a great job taking care of large collections of smaller stuff that can sometimes be overwhelming. The estate sale lady, the art collector, and the antique dealer all said, "No thanks", but Andy said "Yes". Thank you, Andy.

Downsizeology is a very efficient company that does an excellent job at cleaning out a building. They removed truck loads of furniture, electronics, tools and trash to prepare the property for sale. They kept us informed of the progress and completed the job on time per our schedule. Great to work with.

I hired Andy, the business owner, and one helper to work with me sorting through the home, separating trash, donations and items with potential value. Andy holds a few special qualifications in jewelry and antique appraisal that eliminated a lot of guesswork. The business is licensed, insured and bonded. Hiring Downsizeology was the best money I could have spent. Their expertise made an overwhelming job go much smoother. Note that they offer a range of services including turn-key clean out of homes, buying entire estates and moving services, as well as the strategic evaluation they did with me.
