Is there such a thing as negative stars. This company is a joke that tries to bully money out of people. My daughter (17 at the time) was in a no fault accident and a year and a half later they are sending threatening letters and leaving aggressive voicemails. They can't even speak and have a civil conversation on the telephone. I imagine everyone there is as ignorant as the man I spoke with, Chris. I live in a no-fault state and understand insurance laws. All I can say is wow!

This place is an absolute joke. They employ intimidation tactics and fear mongering to bully money out of potential targets. Don’t pay them a dime, shouldn’t even call themselves a law firm. Several years ago they threatened to pursue legal action over an accident that I had zero liability for, and despite knowing the facts, I still Received harassing passive aggressive voicemails and letters threatening to have my license suspended and damages reported to the credit bureaus when they had zero legal grounds to do so. I had to contact them personally telling them to kick rocks. It’s been some years now since I’ve heard from them and have not been contacted since. Highly advisable to avoid this “law firm.”

This looks like a scam company, and run poorly enough to feel like one, if they contact you. But they are a real company. In my case, they were working for an insurance company. I sold my car a few years ago to a dealership. It was involved with an accident, and there were unable to contact the current owner/driver so decided to just try and collect the me, even though it is clear I don't own the car. This an aggressive company, too lazy to do the due diligence. If they are contacting you, work to get it resolved, they will think nothing of trying to screw you over. Guilty until proven innocent with this firm. Do not hand over a penny to them, if they try to bully you, with fear tactics.

***SCAM ALERT*** If you receive a letter, phone call or email from this “fake” company, do not, in any way, give them any personal information and especially money. The letter I received looked pretty good until I noticed certain signs that did not make sense. First, what they accused me of was false. Second, they stated they were collecting for my insurance company, so I called my insurance company and they said it was false. Some other signs in the letter that stood out that made me realize it was a scam; it was sent first class mail, they use a P.O. Box instead of a physical address, they want you to send them information that they should have if they were a legit company, they want you to send the money to another PO Box in another state. I also went the extra mile and checked the BBB website, and they are not an accredited business. Be careful folks, these scammers are out in full force.

SCAMMERS!!! Your got played if you gave these scammers any money! Also, it is illegal for a "third party" to pick up a debt from another company. Do what you want with that information as u may! :)

This place is a joke, sending me a letter asking for a payment of $887.46 for an accident I was never in. Not to mention I live in California and this company is in Florida. One more thing, they also threatened to petition the state to suspend my License. I would never give these crooks my info.
