Bad employee I was checking out a bag of cat food and some cereal. The cereal was 2 for 6 I was checking out and I had a coupon that was for if u spend 20 dollars or more it’s 5 dollars off and the employee did not want to scan the coupon which was rude then after she scanned all the stuff she said that the coupon didn’t work but it said for the total for everything with out coupon was 25.39 then after she scanned it and was apologized me but she was rude at first the lady looked old has glasses and she half bald so be careful when u go here never comeing back

It sucks enough that this location closes at 8 pm in the first place. So when i rush up here to grab a last minute item and arrive at 753 pm and the doors are already locked, makes me just furious! Also i saw an associate as i was pulling in and said "oh good its not to late to buy a pack of cigarettes" and they hurried up inside and locked the door! Thats some awsome customer service!

I recently visited Dollar General and was disappointed with the experience. The store was crowded and didn't seem very clean. Products were scattered all over the place, making it difficult to find anything. On top of that, the staff didn't seem friendly or helpful. Overall, it was a frustrating shopping experience.

Excellent customer service. If you need basic items go here instead of Walmart. You'll get in & out quickly and the staff will help you find it on the shelf.
