Simply brutal handling of my policy! Changed insurance companies the first week of April this year because State Farm increased my premiums significantly without reason. They still charged my account. I’m yet to be reimbursed as of 5/27. “Corporate” problems I was told. Don’t autopay with them.

Darla and her crew have been absolutely amazing and very understanding throughout my membership with State Farm Insurance. They have kept me informed of any changes that are happening to my policy and work with me when needed. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance!

I’ve never been able to say I trust and like my insurance company. There’s always a catch or when you need someone it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone but a random person.Keely and Jordan are FANTASTIC. Not only are they almost always available to help me they also let me know when options to improve my insurance or decrease my monthly payments are available. I highly recommend using the Darla Pettaway State Farm office.

I reached out to Jordan on a random Facebook post to see if she could save me some money on my car insurance some time ago, and that process went incredibly smoothly, and deserves 5 stars just for that. But even after the sale, the continued customer service is extraordinary. She even found me a deal on life insurance!
