We were lucky enough to find Bishop Toups to set up a family Trust and Living Will for myself and my husband. It was very easy to do. Mr Toups set up a call with us, organized all the paperwork, corresponded through email (very responsive and knowledgeable), then arranged for us to sign and notarize all of the paperwork timely. We highly recommend their company. If you are thinking about it but don't know where to start give them a call!!

I contacted Mr Bishop Toups for my summary administration case after searching online for a good attorney. I've been out of country and just via email communication, my entire process was handled very smoothly by Mr Toups and his paralegal Gonzalo Bagnati. Both are very efficient and capable. We worked with Bishop Toups for Estate planning for my parents . He was very thorough explaining the process and made it very easy to understand . Bishop cleaned up some older legal documents and set up a new Trust for them . We were extremely satisfied with the legal work he did for us and has given us all peace of mind .

We had more than 1 legal issue going onWe had to get a family friend that we have POA medicade… a life partner died and all personal paperwork…. Wills, Trusts, POA…the legalities of stocks and such that had no named beneficiary taken care of… Bishop and his team are spot on we feel like all our I’s are dotted & T’s are crossed.
