This pharmacist at this location, a short maybe Latin woman, very unpleasant, unprofessional and disrespectful. Prepares the orders wrong and doesn't have the decency to admit it and correct it. Would not even listen to my complaint. Go somewhere also.

This pharmacy doesn’t treat customers as customer. They treat them as if they were lucky to get their medication from them.No customer service whatsoever, very bad business practice you should know better.

I wanted to make sure to leave a positive review after the experiences I had over the last 5 days. Rarely do we take time to leave a positive review. But this one is definitely well earned!We lost our insurance and had to switch to Medicaid for my sons medicine. There was (of course) tons of issues when we switched to Medicaid. But the pharmacist and pharmacy techs did tons of research, spent a lot of time on the phone with me trying to resolve the issue. Which ultimately it was fixed today! I should have gotten their names, but i was very stressed out. So i want to thank the staff who worked between 8/9-8/14 because they helped me over the phone EVERY single day and got my son his very important meds.

So online and the sign on the front of the door it says that the open up at seven and I walk there from my house in I got the at 8:40 something and they’re closed. They need to up date the signs and the time on google

There’s a reason why this location has 3 stars. I have been to many pharmacies including competitors and this location clearly short staffed and pharmacists working here seem to be unprofessional and incompetent. My prescriptions are never ready on time and made three attempts to the store with various issues as to why not filled yet. There’s always a line and delays. The store itself lacks cleanliness and organization. I am seeking new pharmacy and paying more for quality of care.

Dawson in the Pharmacy was amazing. I needed help switching my prescriptions and he dropped what he was doing and took care of it!! In and out in 10 minutes and that's with calling different pharmacy's in the process. Great customer service. The other pharmacist was very nice and knew people by name to make it very home feeling. You just don't get that service anymore. I just want to thank these fellows. I don't leave reviews or take surveys but with this customer service I just had too.

Can't say enough abt the help we received from several stores. We are fron out of town and my husband needed a RX called in to get filled. That all went good but I could not remember which Cvs it was filled. Long story short. 1st pharmacist found RX and printed address for us to find. It all worked out with the help and kindness of the two CVSs. Thank you for letting me express my gratitude to your staff

Pharmacist refused to give me a flu shot saying she was too busy. There was no one in the store. I work in the same field and I know how it is but it didn’t seem busy at all. This is called pure laziness

Worst location to get timely results of a COVID test. Unbeknown to us, CVS uses a third party lab for outcome of results, which was not communicated during the testing procedure from the pharmacy technician.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Have tried to use both cvs pharmacies on state road 70 multiple times over the years. Half the time they claim they never got the prescriptions sent from doctor, other half Of the time they don’t have the medicines in stock. Cvs you stink. You are not serving the community well.

After driving several hours traveling to Tampa, I stopped into CVS in Bradenton, FL Store #4616 to pick up snacks and drinks. During the checkout, Gerald (cashier) asked if I had a CVS card in which I told him I did, but didn’t know what phone number was associated with the card. It has been many years since I have used my CVS card for the reason of not knowing what phone number was associated with my account. Gerald asked for my email address so he could find my account and then graciously updated my current phone number and address. This was a total unexpected surprise that Gerald went out of his way to update my account information, so I could start using my CVS card once again. As many times I have been to CVS and no one ever took the time to ask a few simple questions and go out of their way to update my account. I am happy that Gerald assisted me yesterday in getting account information updated and I am able to start using my CVS card once again. Gerald showed great customer service and I am greatly appreciative to him for going above and beyond. Thank you Gerald!

Totally lost on how to get a photo printed and in a frame. Clerk Makenzie took her time with me. Very patient. She was outstanding! A very good rep for CVS. ???
