It is almost impossible to talk to a pharmacist due to the block they call a robot that asks you to tell them what you want so you play 65 questions and they finally will put you on hold for 18 minutes. CVS desperately needs a way to communicate unusual requests other than vaccines and refills. Put a link to leave a message!

The pharmacists are great. They seem way overworked. Service has gotten so much better. They always mention possible drug interactions and coupons.

I was simply there to pick up an online order and had to stand in line almost 10m while 1 of only 2 employees working the register area stood over the SELF checkout line INSTEAD of opening a second register. She literally was pulling bags and scanning items at the SELF checkout! There were 8 of us in the regular line, and one very young, very timid checkout girl helped us ??She gave no reason....just kept doing it for the self checkout. We were all about to switch lines so we, too, could SELF checkout with an employee scanning all our stuff instead of standing in line ?? Now mind you, I know 10m isn't a huge amount of time. But the inefficiency was so frustrating. Ridiculous!

Easy to deal with pharmacy and the app helps too with ordering refills etc. Store prices are high but it’s really a convenience store so that’s to be expected.

I truly try to avoid CVS. I have never experienced a pharmacy that tries harder to make excuses than it does to actually do the task.These are new excuses for me though, enjoy...1. I cannot update patient/physician information 2. We do not have any way to request medication refills.Needless to say I’ll continue using any other pharmacy.

Vaccine appointment for me with one for my wife an hour later. Kinda bizarre that they only allow hourly to accommodate walk-ins. Fortunately they were not lined up and the pharmacist accommodated both of us back-to-back. Clean, orderly, prompt and a shot I didn't even feel!

We should give these people a break. They work hard, and are short staffed. CVS as a Company shorts every store in the Pharmacy. On 9/15 2023, my doctor sent in a prescription for a Sugar meter and what I needed to check my sugar. After a month, CVS finally took it on and got me the proper equipment for the job THANKYOU, THANKYOU.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Have tried to use both cvs on state road 70 multiple times over the years. Half the time they claim they never received prescriptions sent by doctor, other half of the time they don’t have the medicines in stock. Don’t go to cvs. Ever.

I was very impressed with how Katrina ( store manager) help us out. She went beyond expectations to help us out. Tried to contact other stores to find antiacid liquid for my baby , because was out of stock everywhere. Long time I don’t find such a customer focused skilled person. Thank you Katrina .
