This location is the absolute WORST. Been waiting for a prior authorization for 14 days. Pharmacy has been sending it to someone. Not a single person in the pharmacy has called the doctor to confirm the prior authorization. Fire these worthless employees!!!

Connor was an excellent help during my last visit to the store, helping me politely find everything i needed ?? the stire is large and was very clean..all I needed was purchased in about 10 minutes or less because of Connor's fantastic customer service ?

The CVS store reps in this location are always attentive, sweet, helpful and accommodating. Many times in the evening it's younger kids and I have noticed they always seem to be hard workers (sweeping, stocking shelves, etc. when it's slower). This cvs is kept immaculate. The pharmacy gets the job done. It's better than other CVS locations in the area and I switched here about two years ago and have been pretty happy with it.

Pharmacy basically told us they are too busy and understaffed, and would try and get to our prescription if and when they could. They all but told me to go elsewhere to get our prescriptions filled. No problem. We will never get a prescription filled here now!

Your system is awful! I have Aetna insurance and was not able to get my flu shot (scheduled appt online for my flu shot along with my daughter). Your system said it wasn’t covered. We left to call Aetna. I could not call in your store because you have no internet. My couple minute call to Aetna and they gave me a code to give pharmacy and stated it’s CVS system! We went back and I received my flu shot. My daughter was then told her shot was not covered who is covered under my Aetna plan. The pharmacists called 3 different people to resolve issue. And after an hour waiting it still was not resolved.Today my daughter walked in Publix and received her flu shot. No appt and in and out in 10 minutes.Long story short, I will not be back to CVS!

I had a medication that was time sensitive. I called several times and no answer, so I went in to check on my medication. A lady named Annabelle went to the front and she just seemed very frustrated which is fine because it was Friday and I understand. But she made me feel very upset due to her tone, she made me feel small over something to do with the insurance which after calling my insurance was resolved. My experience with her was very unpleasant and I'm not sure I'd recommend going as long as they allow attitudes like that.

The employees in the pharmacy are amazing! they go above and beyond to help in any way possible. They answer phones quickly and are kind and professional. this store has really turned around! 10/10 would reccomend

I have had some bad experiences at different CVS pharmacies but today I called and spoke to Rosie at the Route 70 & LWR Blvd in Bradenton location and she was so helpful and took care of my issue immediately. Rosie is why I will continue to go to this location moving forward. I hope the others are as good as her. So professional and patient!

This pharmacy sucks! Seriously, move all of your scripts to another CVS location. They don't answer the phone, and if they do it's after 30-45 mins on hold and then they'll hang up on you. Something is wrong with this pharmacy and they don't care! The drive through is even worse--15+ min per car in line. Think you'll be faster going inside? Forget it! They triage and you'll be even longer waiting in the store. 4 people stand around and won't help each other, talk to each other or coordinate to be more efficient. I switched to another CVS out of my way where the service is normal, they answer phones, and treat you courteously. I had enough of this place it was so bad! I've never experienced horrible service at a pharmacy like this location..
