Worst customer service . No one is ever on the register . Walked in to do a return, told two employees walking away from the register; Instead of helping me they said “we’ll be back” and left the registers unattended . This store desperately needs a manager, and some customer service training for their current employees .

Whenever I go to the pharmacy I feel very good, I think they should do better in very small things, such as customer service in general, but nothing that cannot be resolved, with effort and work among the team, there is almost always something what I'm looking for so I have no problems with that.

This pharmacy isn't as bad as I previously thought it seems that they have gotten a gentleman in there that knows what he's doing and can get it done so I'm quite thankful for that and I had to update my review because they didn't make me go without my medication this time , I will actually be picking it up the day I run out which is fine with me but when I have to go days without it I get all screwed up and then when I start taking it again my body has to readjust again and it sucks so it's nice to see they are getting better!

Literally the worst CVS I've ever been to like practically made me wait 15 minutes to almost a half an hour just for the bathroom. I'm waiting and then when she came didn't open, the bathroom said she had to go get a key literally went to help other people. while I stood there about to pee on myself. On top of literally having the absolute worst attitude of any customer service person I've ever met. Dan don't even get me started on how gross the bathroom was and the sugar ants crawling all over it I mean, I suppose ants are better than cockroaches, but not by much avoid the CVS at all costs . Both managers the arrogant chauvinistic day guy and the judging snobby night cunt are literally a nightmare to deal with and forget returning anything even with a receipt if you don't have the specific card or your I.d. Is currently being sent to you in the mail cuz you had your wallet stolen. *eyeroll*! It's like they literally go out of their way to not help their customers in any way possible if they can help it and like the way they treat their customers is absolutely disgusting to me like I don't see how this place is still in business I refuse to come back ever again. I'm actually embarrassed for whoever owns this CVS order for the owner of CVS in general for allowing people like that to become managers like it's not a good luck at all, and I am very disappointed in CVS, because I typically love their stores till I came to this one, and honestly made me rethink my choice of drug store, probably going to be switching to like either. I love my mom and pop shop or Walgreens Cuz. I just have such a bad taste, in my mouth. SMH CVS totally unacceptable.
