CVS is always my main go to Pharmacy for years, because they usually have what I want, with great prices! People are also courteous and efficient!

I am very disappointed with the service from the pharmacist named John at CVS. He has hung up on me multiple times when I had questions about my prescription, making me feel helpless and like a burden. Today, he again hung up on me and refused to give his full name while persistently asking for mine, which made me nervous about possible retaliation. Because of the thought of possible retaliation from John, I will not be returning back to this CVS. I expect medical professionals to act ethicaI and I hope CVS addresses this issue to ensure better service for all customers. There is a pattern and trend of him mistreating patients which is unjust and unacceptable.

I had a bad experience at the CVS pharmacy at 4302 Cortez Rd. Bradenton Florida on 5-23-24
I had a question about a certain medication and the pharmacist who was black and I believe wore glasses @ about 12:00pm was very rude and seemed like I was bothering him and interrupting him from what he was doing. He did not answer my questions. So I put back all the items I was going to purchase from CVS and went to Walgreens and bought what I needed and the pharmacist answered all my questions. I will not be treated like that by anyone. I guess they do not care about my business. The CVS manager at the Cortez Rd location needs to train their staff on customer service and treating all customers wuth respect!! I will not be returning to any CVS store in the future and will post this review on social media sites!!

CVS is a big company; most people know that. But they have an important role in my everyday life. First, and foremost, their pharmacy has been a mainstay for prescription fulfillment for many years. Second, it is convenient. My store happens to be within walking distance, but there are other stores within a short drive. Third, they have extensive OTC selections of remedies as well as other health-related products. Now they are offering a health concierge service. Fourth, they are my "go to" source for my guilty pleasure snacks. Finally, their pricing incentives makes it easy to add items to the shopping trip that might not have been "on the list". And that can make me happy.

Everyone was very nice and courteous. I was able to get all my question’s answered. Clean and clear aisle’s. I had no problem’s or issues.

Went to get a shingles vaccine a few months ago. The employee giving the vaccine had no clue what he was doing, shoved the needle far too far into my arm causing instant muscle spasms and a big lump that's still in my arm months later. Go elsewhere.

What a bunch of lazy, inaccurate pharmacy staff. I went to minute clinic they sent prescriptions there. I have blue cross so it needed to go to Walgreens. The pharmacist and myself had to call multiple times. Started at 9 am took till 244 for then to get all 3 prescriptions called over. Lazy inaccurate will not go back
