What an absolutely miserable experience dealing with this location. The pharmacist doesn’t try to hide the fact that he doesn’t want to be there. I will never go back. I would rather stick needles in my eyes and be dragged backwards through a bush of thorns than have to deal with him again. He has no business dealing with customers.

I think all the bad reviews says it all. The girl(not a lady) in the pharmacy that works the drive through is always rude, she acts always on the defensive and that tells you they are use to messing up prescriptions and having angry customers. I can not even begin on how many times they have given me bad service and have messed up my prescriptions...always the DR office excuse but after 6 Dr offices there is only one common denominator(CVS). I finally had it and blew up on the always rude girl and the head Pharmacist Brad Snider comes over and makes sure the situation gets worse. He is ultimatley responsible for his rude employees he stands next to all day long and all the problems this pharmacy has. They both should be replaced! I will never step foot in another CVS again!

I am very pleased with the pharmacy. They have been very helpful with ensuring I understand my drugs and ensure my refills are handled easily and correctly, I also use them for vaccines and they have been excellent in this area. I have no complaints,

It was early and not many people were in there, I bought a quick result PT in that store and I asked their employee where is their restroom to think by the time I’m done it was also time to check the result. There were 3 different cubicle of their restroom, 1 for women, 1 for men and 1 for employee only. It was about 2 mins I was in the restroom and getting ready to get out and I saw the door knob moving and someone trying to open the door and didn’t even try to knock. When I open the door I saw the lady employee standing outside the door and she murmur I don’t really understand what she’s saying but I am guessing she followed me in there because I saw the gap of the door from employee restroom so meaning there was nobody in there. She knew that I used the restroom because she’s the one I asked where’s the restroom after I paid the PT. I am not sure what’s her deal but it just creepy what she’s doing, I kept my receipt just incase something happened but it’s just not nice when someone trying to followed you.

I called at 1:04 pm for a prescription that needed to be transferred from another state. The lady who answered the phone asked me to call the pharmacy and ask them to remove the on hold prescription. I asked her “ so you can not call them , I have to call them “ and she answered “ oh yes we can call them after lunch “ I said what do you mean , it is 1:00 pm. So I told her she was not being nice with a customer and she was just been in a hurry to go to lunch, it wasn’t even time for their lunch. So she ended up saying that she would call the pharmacy to remove the on hold prescription before lunch.I will transfer my prescriptions to another location or company.Very poor customer service!!!

The worst customer service. Refuses to use my good rx discount so they overcharged me just due to laziness. Rude and unwilling to help because they are too busy. Transferring my scripts to Publix

We use this CVS because it's four blocks from our home.Brett, one of the pharmacists, scolded my husband and I about a prescription because we didn't realize we didn't have second bottle of a RX. This past year we have been through 11 surgeries and multiple complications. I DO NOT appreciate being spoken to like a child. We are old enough to be his parents.

I called to ask if my prescription was filled at that location and if possible it could be transferred to a different cvs because my doctor sent it to the wrong one and the lady snapped at me “WHY DONT YOU JUST HAVE YOUR DOCTOR SEND IT TO A DIFFERENT CVS”like she didn’t want to help and was too good to be bothered.She had horrible attitude.All I wanted to know was if it was even in at that location but nevermind…I’ll have my doctor take care of it.

I spent an hour shopping, which included several needed supplements and vitamins, and colgate products for a coupon and extrabucks, and I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. The much younger than me dark skinned girl who was stocking shelves kept coming up and standing a few feet away from me and staring at me, as I was reading labels and deciding how I was going to do my coupons and the bogo1/2 half of cvs vitamins and get everything I needed and save as much money as possible. Then snide comments to her co worker as I was navigating through my coupons and extra bucks at the self checkout, yes slowly, which I told the cashier i was doing some couponing and I would rather be at self checkout and not rushed, and then again she comes and stands right next to me and watches me with arm crossed and disdain on her face. I did one transaction, printed my extrabucks and did a second transaction. I spent over 150$ between the 2 transactions. Also, it was 830 and the place was slow so I know I wasnt causing an inconvenience. Absolutely zero reason to be so incredibly rude and I am pretty sure she was insinuating that I was doing something wrong. Pretty sure CVS is open for a couple more hours and they dont have a time limit on shopping. I chose to ignore all of this and be polite and didnt even make eye contact during her various visits to harass me. I will be contacting management tomorrow as I feel harassed. If she is management, whicj I highly doubt, then I will go higher up. Totally inappropriate.

I was given a price of 111$ over the phone and when I walk in my medication is 170$. The pharmacists are clueless and are not helpful at all. Go to literally anywhere else do not shop here
