I am very pleased with the pharmacy. They have been very helpful with ensuring I understand my drugs and ensure my refills are handled easily and correctly, I also use them for vaccines and they have been excellent in this area. I have no complaints,

No one answers the phone at the pharmacy and there is no opportunity to leave a recorded message. I spent two hours driving to the pharmacy and back to get the prescription in the works and then to pick it up. I was significantly overcharged for both prescriptions. If I had not pressed for better price I would have paid twice my usual cost for one and three times my usual price for the other. Buyer beware. Do your homework. Ask for better prices and do not expect a lot of customer care.

CVS has been hitting it out of the park for me lately! Not only was I able to get an appointment right away there for my 28 year old stepson to get the vaccine, but we were able to get the J\u0026J vaccine, so now he is 1And Done! Also, this past week when every other pharmacy was quoting me VERY high prices for a needed eye drop refill, ($199.00 and up to $355.00 for a tiny little bottle that is considered only a month's supply) I was finally able to get my refill at CVS for just $45.00. All I had to was bring in a printout of the manufacturer's coupon. This was a Lifesaver for me!

I don't want to name anyone specifically because it was difficult to hear the voice over the phone, but I spoke with a male at the pharmacy who treated me like I was stupid. He said I didn't have to speak to a person to call about my Rx's, as I could just use the automatic voice system. I explained that I have used this method in the past but that it didn't work for me that well. It gives me improper pickup times. He repeated himself in a snarky tone, \\\"Well, it's modern technology that you can use so you don't have to call us, so, yeah.\\\" Complete disregard for what I just said. Utterly disappointing. Please teach your employees customer service and empathy so they don't sound to rude and full-of-themselves over the phone.
