Would not recommend this group! We told her that we would pay our taxes online as we were paying with a different account. She said, no problem, and she was was deleting our account number as we spoke on the phone. That was a lie because we were notified by our bank via text that our account was overdrawn by thousands and this also caused multiple NSF fees! We’re very thankful the bank alerted us immediately, otherwise we would’ve paid our taxes twice! Of course we tried calling their office multiple times and kept getting voicemail. We of course left messages and no one has called us back! Total incompetence and not okay! We obviously will never use this CPA nor recommend to anyone we know!!!
