Woman that is always there by herself is not very welcoming and does not even acknowledge you when you come into the store. She caters to the Hispanic customers and doesn’t even say, I’ll be with you in a moment or anything. Even if there is a long wait. That’s why I go to the Cricket on 15th St. She is definitely a RACIST!

No one in store except Ali knows anything.i happened to get a faulty phone and Cricket won't take it back,even tho I just purchased it at Cricket in March. Motorola will only take it if I mail it to California to be fixed, which would take at least 4 weeks.vWho can go a month w no phone?

They are awesome. I went into this store on the same day there was an issue with the system. But even though it was hard to make the sale they made it possible. Anna has all the patience to solve your problems and work you through them. She is truly an awesome retail and customer sales associate. There is another guy I don’t know his name or I probably forgot but he is just as good. They are truly awesome. If you want to purchase a phone, switch companies and aren’t sure which Cricket store to go to this is must definitely it!! ☺️☺️☺️
