Second store in 2 days. This one says open at 11am online. Doesn't actually open until Noon. Employee doesn't arrive until 12:05pm and then takes 20 min to open the store. After all that waiting, the store doesn't have any android phones other than the cheap ones. Hope you like iPhone because its the only phone then care about. All of this could have been simple if they had a posted phone number that took you to the actual store and not a national generic computer answering device. Waist of time and money. Switching next week to a different carrier.

Didn't get to experience customer service because the store was closed during business hours!!!! As a courtesy you should put a note on the door for whatever reason your doors are locked!!! Mon-Fri 10am - 8pm it was 5:30 when I got there and today is Wednesday!!!!
