two years ago when we bought our new house, we had 2 sets of custom made drapes, at the cost of $2800. On august 9th we took them into courtesy cleaners in palmetto. we picked them up on august 26th, and paid $134.82. brought them home and hung them. well, the sides were not pressed correctly which caused them to hang unevenly. when we complained about them we were referred to the management located at their facility in Bradenton. we took them back in and they were to be corrected. well, again when we hung them they still were not done correctly. so once again we took them in for the 3rd time. when we hung them again today they still are not done properly. my custom made drapes look like some bargain basement drapes. and now I have to find a reputable cleaners to try and get the drapes looking good again.

06/01/2023..Just a rant, just picked up my dry cleaning at Courtesy Cleaners 7421 Manatee Ave W. The entire store smells of cigarette smoke, someone inside is smoking. This is a problem because all of the dry cleaning on the racks is exposed to this horrible smell. This should not be allowed in a dry cleaning establishment. I'm taking my business elsewhere!Service: Organic dry cleaning

Lost a Tommy Bahamas shirt and basically laughed about it. Gave us someone else's shirt and i turned it in and not until I threatened to stand out side the store with a sign did they go in and find it. I think they might be re sailing nice clothes on e bay!

A+ The ladies that work at the counter are fantastic! They always greet me with a smile, process my clothes and my pickups quickly, answer any questions I have and send me off smiling every single time! All of my clothes look great and I always have an armload to drop off every week! I would highly recommend this cleaner for the workmanship of keeping my clothes & alterations & all my bedding looking great! The employees have the greatest attitudes which make coming here very pleasant & welcoming!

My wife's clothes were lost back in August of this year. She filed a claim for the lost clothes and months later was informed that the claim mysteriously was deleted from their system. Buyer beware, this store seems to have a problem with theft.

I brought in 10 items to be cleaned in August, and, when I returned to pick them up, only 6 of the items were returned to me. I was told the other 4 items were lost and to file a claim. We of course did so, as the items were quite expensive, and we followed up weekly thereafter. Now, in December, we were told that the claim was lost and to file another claim. I returned today to file my second claim and was told that while I can still do so, my order was deleted from the computer and I would not be getting money back to replace the items they lost. Save your time and money—find another place to go to! This whole ordeal has been a true nightmare and I have truly never experienced anything so shady and unprofessional from a local business.

I took a bedspread to Tracey at Courtesy Cleaners. She was the best! Very professional, yet very friendly. The facility could not have been any cleaner. My bedspread was going to take around 1-2 weeks, but I’m happy that it was done within a few days. This cleaners is just down the street from us and I never even realized it. I have been going to Courtesy cleaners for 5 years. I k ow what time they close on Saturday. Today I hurried to get there before they closed, which is 4 pm I got there at 315 and the lady inside the store waved me off that they were closed already. WTF. The door clearly says they close at 4 pm on Saturday. Now I will be out of pants for work. And I will find anew cleaners
