As bad as it gets. Ruined my very expensive wedding suit and all they said was “oops, I’ll try to contact somebody at the plant”. I have tried to contact them multiple times to figure out an amicable solution and they have not responded.

Courtesy Cleaners is hidden on the side of the shopping center behind Bonefish. The staff is very professional and seems to remember a lot of peoples names. The racks are always full which suggests they do a good job for everyone. The counter staff is also very kind and courteous....its in the name! You can pick up anything you drop off the next day after 5pm.

This place has usually been decent, however a few months ago they "lost" a nice button down shirt of mine. When I went in today, I found out they lost another shirt and my mothers scarfs. If I didnt want my clothes, I could have gone to goodwill. Avoid this place if you like having your clothes.

Ruined a white designer blazer I sent in for cleaning, had me fill out two separate claim forms, and has taken no action after 6 months to even respond to the claim. Heidi, who works in the shop, confirmed that my first claim was filed but had me fill out a second one anyway. I've stopped in multiple times to inquire and called multiple times as well. Always the promise is "I'll make sure they get back to you" this started in Aug 2022, it's now March 2023. White blazer was returned gray and unusable. Business does not stand behind its service. Lots of other places to go nearby for dry cleaning, avoid this one.

I have been using courtesy cleaner on Cortez for several months now. When I first walked in the few times dropping off my Labcoats, a stench of foul odors smelled rotten skunked. The young lady is unfriendly lacking customer service skills. Just yesterday, I picked up my lab Coats and I had to returned them because it was not done and still unclean. They charged me $17.00 knowing that my work Labcoats were not clean. I asked the person if they clean it, she just looked at me and said nothing. I told her to PLEASE re-do it. Thank God I inspected the lab coats twice before leaving. I am still waiting for it to be done. It appears that who ever is working on the dry cleaners only pressed the lab coats. At this time, after my pick up next week that will be my last time using courtesy.Service: Clothes pressing

The lady working the front desk today with short blonde hair was rude, unprofessional, and seemed annoyed to be there. I dropped off 7 items and when I picked them up there appeared to only be 6. I counted again and I asked her if there were seven pieces total bc I only counted 6. She replied "it looks like 7 to me." I said: is there a pair of pants under the jacket, I only see 6. She said verbatim, "I don't know, look for yourself." I said: oh I'm sorry. I thought you worked here. I'm a customer and I'm asking you for your help."She replied "I don't know why you can't count for yourself." I finally ripped the plastic off and rifled through the hangers and yes, there they were. The pants I was looking for. An ounce of kindness or half a second out of this miserable lady's day would have been nice. To top it off she responded "I don't know what's so hard (as she began to count the hangers) 1.2.3.4.5.6 ... oh ...." Sorry for making sure I had pants to wear to the funeral I'm attending tomorrow. Terrible guest relations.

I have absolutely no clue why people have given courtesy cleaners a negative review. As a busy professional who works long hours fighting Covid in the healthcare arena courtesy cleaners provides an awesome service. My slacks my dress shirts my sport shirts my shorts whatever I need to drop off the service is super friendly and my clothes are perfectly pressed cleaned and ready for the next day. Thank you courtesy cleaners for all you do
