The customer service is terrible, you walk in and the workers are all sitting down or saying hello, they are extremely rude, luckily they are closing the store and I hope those people don't work serving the public anymore

Spent 3 days in emergency room!
4 weeks non functioning appliances!
Cody the assistant manager today tells me it's not their fault that the warehouse is Incompetent but yet I paid this store for the delivery and installation which they failed to provide.
My 80 year old mom is without the use of a washer and fridge which she paid top money for. I'm so frustrated I can't even speak.
Today I was told to contact the manufacturer for the parts that I paid to have installed. My first review was erased.
My mother's name is Armonese and these folks have robbed us blinded. Don't be a victim. Run don't walk!

Needed a kit to stack a washer and dryer. Bought the kit and paid for delivery. No confirmation or delivery ever took place. So when they don't do the little things you don't get the big purchases. We probably won't ever make any other attempts at this or any other items you sell.

My husband and I came into this location to look for new furniture. We told them from the beginning we were not going to commit to anything that day, we were just looking at options. The sales associate tried to pressure us into ordering something and stated if we changed our mind we could cancel it and get a refund. We ended up leaving and a couple days later the sales associate had the audacity to text me from her PERSONAL phone! I will NEVER step foot in that place again and highly recommend not providing any personal information for anything.

I would if rated higher but had many issues with trying to purchase using my phone. I was approved for credit through their partner but have not been able to make my purchase. I will repost once this issue is resolved. Cause I really want their 65 " hisence TV!

Bought some items, delivered today. Upset that the bed we purchased didn't come with Boxsprings, frame or anything like it was displayed at store, just a mattress? Guess we sleeping on the mattress on the floor like newlyweds, alot of money for just a matress.......
