Went in Friday 1/24 after work to open a savings account. The guy was no help at all. He told me I couldn’t open an account because I had a “secured” account. I said I have no idea what that means in hopes that he would explain. He did not. He just proceeded to print out a paper letting me know they were unable to take care of my request as if telling me wasn’t good enough. He said I would receive an email that went further into detail on the reason. I saw no such email. When I got home I hopped on my Chase app and found out I could just open an account using the app. And it worked. So you’re telling me I was capable of doing what he said couldn’t be granted? 🙄

This place is a joke. Bankers are worthless. Better off banking online. They need to teach their staff how to speak to people when they are in the presence of a person that is bringing them millions.

The single biggest waste of space on the planet. This location is 1000 sq ft with employees that can do nothing just for an ATM. Chase needs to either make this an actual bank or quit wasting money and close it

This branch is truly worthless. I’ve been here four times and they can’t do anything. They can’t take cash deposits. There’s no notary on staff. They should really get rid of this branch and put in ATM here. The only job the employees have is to tell the customers that they can’t do that here. I know this seems harsh but go and find out for yourself. Just go to the Chase branch on the corner of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard and 70 where people are helpful.

You cannot do any banking with a teller. We tried to deposit cash and had to use the ATM which only does 30 bills at a time, then spit half of the cash out due to not being able to read it. Worthless branch.

I came into the branch to get a new business account created. Also we needed our address updated. The whole thing was a fiasco. It was just a string of issues. The woman that was helping us was nice but completely lost in the sauce. Wrong EIN's. Technology issues. Paperwork not right. I never received my credit card. My wife's card was sent to the wrong address. Now I have to go into a different branch further away because they are incompetent. This was maybe a month or two ago and I'm just now writing this because I'm annoyed that I'm still dealing with basic banking issues.

I went to Chase today to open a checking account. Linda De Camps helped me with the new account. She was very nice to work with. She was very positive and was able to answer all my questions and help me set up my account. It made me more confident opening an account with Chase because good customer service seams to be getting more rare these days. I would definitely recommend people to go see Linda at the branch I went to on SR 64 in Bradenton to open an account.Thank you Linda!

I cannot tell you the amount of times I’ve gone to this branch to deposit money and the atm is broke or not working and they lock the doors for the inside. I’m sure the staff is great but fix the ATMS. Literally the only thing I use at the bank and it’s never running.

I came to this Chase branch to open a new account today at 11:10 am. The teller by the name of Gina made me sit for over 40 minutes just to tell me that I need to set up an appointment for 12:00pm to open a new account. She took care of another customer that was behind me on the line while it was my turn to assist me. My money is as good as other customer’s money. I will never step a foot at this branch again.
