Mike was the most honest, genuine guy. Took 15 minutes to walk us around our RV explaining everything to us until we clearly understood the issues. He allowed us to video the entire process. Mike and Britney in the office even helped us coordinate further repairs needed. Couldn't be happier!! Thanks for making a tough situation easy!

Friendly women. Workers are fast & nice. Manager is unfriendly & doesn't even look at you or appreciate shout outs. Tried to rip us off on credit card usage fee of 4% even though he was supposed to refund it when. We swapped to debit card over it. I had to correct it with my credit card company.

Needed two trailer tires dismounted, might have purchased two new tires as well had the quality and price been right. Staff was friendly and quick toDismount old tires. Charged 25 bucks per tire, seemed very expensive. So while I'm there I call Mavis tires who offered me free dismount even without purchase. Couldn't get back to grab the tires before they were done. So....if you need quick service give these guys a shot. If you need good prices shop elsewhere. I got a quote on the replacement tires and they were double the price of costco and triple walmart prices. Hard pass

Called yesterday to ask if Callaghan could replace the valves on the duallys on my RV (fourth place I called). They said absolutely and did it same day. BJ and the rest of the staff were fantastic, explained everything about what they had done, and even fixed another small problem I didn't even know I had.
