Asked to speak with manager or supervisor and teller on the phone refused to do so. Either they’re trained to not transfer you to manager or supervisor when asked, or this lady just wanted to waste my time.
This representative also directed me to a different number for an issue and they haven’t called me back. Starting to think it’s not just this branch but the company is just really bad customer service.
Take your money someplace else.
