I purchased three (presented in the meat case as) 35-day dry-aged USDA Choice bone in rib eye steaks for $217.29. I cooked the first steak as soon as I arrived home on the charcoal grill, seared on the outside and medium rare to rare. The steak was tough, full of gristle, and lacked the sweet and tender flavor of 35-day aged beef, a huge disappointment. The price I paid was what one would expect to pay for prime beef. It may be that I was unfortunate to buy rib eye steaks cut from ribs with tough meat, full of gristle. These steaks were not worth the money I paid. The steaks were not as tender or with the flavor of the prime bone in rib eye I purchase from Publix. Had this occurred in a steakhouse restaurant, I would have immediately sent the steak back and demanded another. I'm very disappointed and wasted my money. I will not return.

Very rude customer service skills drove 45 minutes to get there and told the man what I was there for and he told me that it was not in stock which online it said it was but at the end, I still walked out with a stick and he act like he didn’t even want to be working Will not return…

I wanted to write a review, not only about this establishment, but more importantly the experience I had with the staff, in particular the blonde, tall, big bearded tattooed guy. I think his name is Casey. It was my wedding anniversary and we’re planning on celebrating with family and friends. Casey recommended trying the dry aged rib eye as well the dry aged burgers….OMG talk about melt in your mouth. Casey also recommended a rack of lamb and some suggestions on how to cook it!!!! We loved it all so much we went back and hoping Casey was working, bought short ribs and thankfully Casey was there and suggested cooking them in a red wine sauce that was to die for!!!! This guy should go to culinary school with his knowledge of food and cooking suggestions…this young man is full of knowledge about the meats he sells….i hope butchers Mark knows the asset they have in their establishment. I will be back with my husband for more meats. Thank you Casey I look forward to your next recommendations…

We went to the Clark rd location and bought the sweet Italian sausage. It's the best we have found. A fine grind, great flavor and casing.

Tried this for the first time, best chicken and steak I ever had full of flavor and tender.
I definitely recommend the chipotle chicken and fire-roasted tips. lemon pepper is so good.

What an awesome shop and the best butcher in the area, as most meat stores nearby are simply meat sections at grocery stores. Whole Foods is down the street but not the same, and way overpriced for the quality of most cuts they claim to be high quality, but I'm suspicious. The gentleman running the show, Yannis, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Worth a visit if ever in the area. Just watch it for Alarm 360 as they're bunch of scammers!

If you need prime meat or an unusual cut, this is the spot! I love cooking gourmet meals for friends and family, this place has everything you need. Recently I ordered boneless short ribs to make red wine braised short ribs, it was delicious and the meet was tenter and flavorful. PS: I read bad reviews about rude service, consider how rude and obnoxious some of their clientele is these guys are holding it together!
