Went to swipe my card and dexter the man at the register told me I’m not done ringing with an attitude and was extremely rude. if I could give u 0 stars I would. The other associates had a vape out and earbuds in very rude.

i was in the store wanting to use a credit card certificate for $15. The first worker rejected me saying that the certificate was not valid, so I left and calmly found it again on my phone after logging into the comenity website. So I stood in line at the checkout again and this time the system allegedly crashed and it didn't load the certificates. I am disgusted by the attitude of the workers. Terrible experience. Reluctance, non-communication. Horror.
