I've owned every type of hitch that's available it seems. B&W, Curt, Weigh Safe, Gen Y, etc. This Bulletproof hitch is better made, more durable, more reliable and easier to adjust than any of the others. Customer service from Bulletproof is a 10/10. Excellent! I highly recommend Bulletproof to anyone that tows. All kinds of options available to meet every need!

I have been a customer of BulletProof Hitches since my first purchase in 2018. I have the hitch and multiple attachments and use them all regularly. All of their products are tough and stand the day-to-day abuse of being used, not just a window dressing hitch because it's a truck. Phenomenal products and company! Their customer service is amazing and they will go way above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are in the market for a heavy-duty hitch, look no further than BulletProof.
You probably will never need it but in the event a question or issue comes up with your hitch they are quick to answer and will work with you to resolve whatever it is. They stand behind their product, it's made here in America and they are local to Florida. All of which is why they get my business.

I ordered the 2.5" Heavy Duty 8" Drop/Rise Hitch with 5/8" BulletProof Locking Pin Black Ops Edition and can say these products are solidly made and heavy. No doubt I'll be able to pull the max listed weight. Or I could just use the hitch to do some bicep curls!
