My 81 yo husband had an appointment. We arrived 5 min late because of the heavy traffic. We were told to sit and wait. In the waiting room, there were no patients except us. After 15 minutes of waiting, the receptionist, Denis, said that my husband had to reschedule his appointment because he came late. I tried to explain why it happened, and it looked like Denis agreed. She gave my husband the forms to fill in. It took him approximately 5 min to do what he had to do. After he returned the forms to Denis, she repeated that the appointment had to be rescheduled. We tried to explain that we live far away and urgently needed this appointment, but Denis was extremely rude, offensive, impolite, and disrespectful, and did not want to listen. Receptionists like Denis (she refused to give us her last name) should not work in medical offices. We will never come to this office again.

The new dentist is very nice and she answered all my concerns about my teeth. Can't wait to get my dentures because it's been a long time waiting for me to get them done. I do have a broken jaw on my left side and on the right I have TMJ and I also have a loose tooth. Every one that helped me in the office there are all very knowledgeable and absolutely nice, including the ladies at the desk. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and anyone who reads this post!

Everyone was very accommodating the front desk was immediate to greet me. Make me feel welcome. The dental hygienist is very friendly and funny. And the dentist, surprisingly young and more surprisingly amazing. She took her time. My tooth looks great really really like her. Really I was not nervous at all a great place to go and affordable

Will never go back. Went there in pain and left in more excruciating pain. Does it makes sense to try and grip a bad tooth without numbing it and then say it's nothing for you too grab so you can't pull it. Awful experience.

I visited them for a cleansing a couple of years ago, and they made an oral exam and told me they would call me for an appointment to do the cleansing. They never called me. I called them back about a month later, and they set an appointment. When I went to my appointment, they told me that the doctor was gone, and the new doctor had to make another exam. They did, and again told me that they would be calling me for the appointment for the cleansing. They never called. I went somewhere else and got my cleansing. To my surprise, today I got a letter from them, asking me to call for an appointment because I haven't been back since my last visit 18 months ago. They are so cynical that expect me to go back so, they can bill my insurance for another exam.

I have bad experience with this office in Bradenton I moved from WA state with my family an we live like an 1h away from Bright Now Dental an they were supposed to have our insurance information and records from the other office and when we came in they did not have it they were to lazy to find .Out so we had to drive back home because the appointment was canceled and then they called me an said that they found it.They and my son was quite upset because they wasted lot of our time but I can see they are getting better

Horrible experience, scheduled an appt for today and no one was at the office. Waste of time and it takes a month to get in.
