Lisbeth was my cashier. Worse customer service.Not a single word was said the whole transaction to me. She only talked to her coworker behind her. She also bagged the items carelessly, pretty much throwing them. I tried calling customer service and no one picked up.

I love this place, I visit it in various seasons of the year, but this is the most favorite for me, on Christmas Eve, today it arrived as I always do every year, excellent customer service, if you don't have a product they recommend you another in its place, nice gesture, its meats in good condition and the perfect cut of the pork chops, everything exquisite, I loved what I saw and for those who don't know about the orange guava shells, here you can find them, Some say that the prices are a bit high, but here you can find what you can't find anywhere else.

I go here all the time because I live down the road. It’s my preferred grocery store. I love the one in Sarasota too. Great food selection and kind staff. ❤️

The variety is insane in this place. It's so well organized and a great balance of options for different nationalities. You can be introduced to some really good quality national food and bevs, and you can take some these things home and cook for yourself. My wife loves this store and so do I. All staff is friendly, the seating area is so nice, it's clean and maintained well. Excellent guys! Excellent!PS;Please get some trashcans ??

Store is in a horrible spot in Bradenton, but I had hear it rumored that since it became a “Key” food it has improved dramatically.Definitely an ethnic store that caters to Spanish/South American flavors, but still has every necessity you would want and more.It’s clean, actively being stocked and has a great produce department.The reason I am giving it two stars is strictly because of the experience we had with our cashier.. younger girl, dark red dyed hair, and massive hoop earrings.She took our basket of items, flipped it entirely upside down bashing multiple fruits and heavier items including our bread which was smashed by bottled sauce.. then hands me the basket and says “put this away that isn’t my job” and proceeded to throw things into the bags without saying a single word.Didn’t disclose our total upon check out and stuffed the receipt in the bag before immediately speaking to the person in line behind us in Spanish which she wasn’t aware as a traveled and cultured military family we could understand her, complete aggression, ignorance, and indifference towards us.We will not be coming back until it is disclosed who she is and an apology is brought forth.

They have a wide variety of food products. They seem to cater primarily to the Hispanic population that frequent the store. They offer a variety of food items that are used within the Latin culture for cooking.

Will not give any of my money to this filth. Store is dirty and i witnessed the owner put his hands on an underage child for running in the store. No sir. Keep your hand to your self and dont touch minors. I hope the parents called police.

Discovered this small market a few weeks ago. Great meat and produce at nice prices. Items and spices from Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Very friendly employees too.
