Front office staff is always very professional and always greets me with a smile when I come in. They really make you feel appreciated that you’re there.
I have also had a few items repaired through the maintenance portal and it was done quickly and correctly the first time. Grounds are always kept impeccable, Super Job !!!!

Usually pretty responsive staff. Just don't have an emergency, no number to call, only online maintenance request. Reported apartment fully flooded due to leak at base of toilet by voicemail and several online maintenance request Supposedly have staff onsite for emergencies. Over 5 hours no response. Had to relocate elderly tenant. Really disappointed at emergency response.

We had such an amazing tour with Brittany!
She is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Brittany toured me, my parents and two other guests and she did it flawlessly. She answered all questions with ease and clearly walked me through all details and next steps. After the tour, I was certain I wanted to live at Blue Heron. Thank you so much Brittany!

I recently had a few repair requests at my place, and the maintenance team at Blue Heron exceeded my expectations once again. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and completed all the repairs with the utmost professionalism. Having lived here for almost three years, one of the main reasons I continue to renew my lease is the outstanding service provided by the maintenance team. Their dedication and expertise truly enhance the living experience in this community. Kudos to the maintenance crew for their hard work and exceptional service!

Blue Heron is a beautiful place to live, the green areas are very well maintained, the maintenance of the apartments is excellent, recreational activities for all adults and children, I recommend it!?

Imagine paying 2000 in rent just to never have Parking spots available for RESIDENTS! Literally have to park in the guest parking and walk half a mile to my apartment. On top of it got my car towed here and had to pay 400. Don’t live here unless you’d enjoy these annoyances.

I look forward to moving here and let me say their amenities is top tier they offer so many things within the community that I feel at home ? I LOVE

I’ve lived here for almost 2 months now and honestly love it. I’ve lived in many apartments in my life and this is the best one i have lived in. The floor plan is spacious with a lot of storage. The walls are well insulated, so I hardly ever hear my neighbors. You can hear the people upstairs walking, but that is typical. The amenities and views are amazing. My only complaint would be that the appliances and sinks are all very rusted, but the apartments were built 8 years ago now, so I understand. I highly recommend this complex!

Our lease is up and we will not be renewing.
You have the most unprofessional staff that I’ve ever seen run a business, there have been multiple times when I walked into the front office and just sat in the waiting area never to be approached by staff because they were too busy on their computers and not tending to the lobby. Every single time I’ve tried to speak with someone in the front office (including today) they have been too busy.
Any time something goes wrong with anything, which is a lot, it takes staff a long time to fix and the problems reoccur, like broken gates, fire pits etc… what good are amenities if they never work?
Recently when someone soiled the pool, a nasty email was sent to all residents reminding them to not soil in the pool. Meanwhile, it was one person who soiled in the pool, not the hundreds of other people who live in Blue Heron. I don’t need to be reminded not to go to the bathroom in the pool by people who couldn’t run so much as a lemonade stand without screwing it up.
It’s time for the Blue Heron staff to look at themselves as the source of problems around here and stop looking at the residents who are literally keeping this place above water with our rent checks.
Bottom line is that there is a serious lack of professionalism at this establishment.
