I got a washer and dryer from here very helpfull the guy named Tony was the best he pretty much made the sale the best prices in town and I drive around that day to see if I could find any place but as soon as I got there I fell in love with the one they has I the corner for only 200 it was a steal and I got a uhule trailer and it was a sale it works sooooo good for us it is the perfect thing we needed the best people in town hands down definitely going back to pic up some of the double door Fridges they have

Bad for business would not recommend, just paid $200 for a washer, don’t come with a warranty it only comes with a 30 day warranty if you go threw them and let them deliver it, bought the same day and got it home and hooked it up water started leaking from the bottom, they don’t do no refunds or exchanges! I would not recommend nobody to go there and don’t waste your money. He fixes up used and broken washers and dryers and resell them!!! Bad for business!!

Although we wound up buying a new washer, we were delighted with the woman who helped us! She was so articulate, knowledgeable of the inventory and the specs on various washers she had available. Prices were far less than new.

My first experience was decades ago and still have furniture from there. The used appliances I purchased work well several uses in. They were delivered and set up and they made sure the appliances worked after set-up. I wish I remembered them before wasting time at scratch and dent places.

Let me start off by saying the customer service here is top notch. I bought a washer for a really good price on 1/13/2024 and it was delivered on 1/15/2014 it did cost 60 dollars to be delivered which was a bit high but still cheaper then a new washer when I walked in the young lady and older lady were very welcoming and polite they answered any questions I had about the washer and showed me different ones they had that fit my needs. Unfortunately when the washer was delivered it did not work but they sent a tech out immediately the next day and they had to order a part at no cost to me. He returned othe following Friday but it was the wrong part which was a little irrating at first but mistakes happen he then came back on 1/22/2024 and fixed the washer and it's running great the delivery men and the service tech were amazing they respected my home as if it was their own they cleaned up any mess they made and put things back with out being asked to. I highly reccomend them for used appliances They actually fix issues if one should arise.

I needed my washer worked on. They sent out the most kindest man, very polite. I felt very comfortable having him in the the house alone with me as a woman. So polite, very good at his job. If I have any trouble with my appliances I would most definitely call Bill's Discount.Very pleased ?.

Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable technicians at hand to answer any questions .Great prices. Most of the units have been completely restored by Bills Discount personally, and look brand new at a used discounted price !A family owned business that’s been around for nearly 70 years now !Bill no longer works there and has retired but his family members still own the store and are delightful to do business with. I have been shopping there for my appliances for 30 years now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I was a customer for over 25 years and it was great, UNTIL it was sold to the present owners. They do not honor a warranty and their owners are MIA when you have a problem.I bought a used washing machine. They changed out a part after I bought it. When I received the washer, it would not drain properly. One day after I bought it, they said they would replace it, but I would have to pay a delivery fee. I live less than a 1/4 mile away. No call backs, no customer service.I ended up throwing the machine away after a 5 weeks of problems.Do NOT buy anything here. Trust me, you'd be better off gambling.
