This best buy is great, the service is phenomenal... I wish I remember the staff member who helped me with the sound bar issues I was having and how knowledgeable he was with stereo equipment, sound bars, and how willing he was to order items and equip he didn't have in stores... he was amazing... you know who you are bro !!

Second time coming here being told they could help with iPhone . Apple sent me here only to be told twice there’s nothing they can do . I have Apple care and they offered 0 services or solutions. Starting to think it’s more they just don’t want to help . 0 stars

We only made a purchase here because we had enough of putting things together after a move. After waiting and waiting...... We eventually got helped by a good person. The prices are similar to Amazon except it was $250 for setup. If you have the inclination to set it up yourself give them a miss!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My parents went into this store to find a phone case for my mom. They're not the most tech savvy & just needed help finding something. The employee they talked to refused to help them saying it's personal preference. My mom explained that she just needs to know what to look for. He still refused to help her. They ended up leaving because no one helped them. If I were there, I'd definitely go in & speak to a manager.
