I had a wonderful person named Jason really took his time to help me when they was so busy and made me feel so comfortable and understanding of what was wrong with my car. Then the mechanic who worked on my car definitely took care of my car. Thank you too Nikki. She is one awesome person. She keep me in the loop and got me in asap when parts was in and in no time I had my car fixed and back. Thank you all so so much. I recommend this place guys

I’ve been to a lot of shops and mechanics. This one is by far the most honest and trustworthy I have ever encountered. Kyle and Nikki have bent over backwards for me to make sure I’m happy. They been so kind and accommodating, honored all their work and have great offers for tires that I am always sure to take advantage of. I have even seen Kyle on the road taking home customers who need a ride. They really deserve an applause as they’ve made what’s usually a stressful situation easy and as affordable as possible. Thanks again!

I had my transmission fluid changed and oil changed at their location. Mechanic was Brian and the service advisor was Kyle. They did a wonderful job and I will go there again even though I live in Sarasota.

I just wanted to say we're lucky to have this full service station in our neighborhood. Customer service is second to non. I recently had a tire problem. It was fixed in no time at an extremely low price. Thanks again for fast efficient service.

I am so thankful for these guys! They were able to get me in right away for a pre-purchase inspection. They were thorough and very honest with their opinions of the vehicle. I am SOOOO glad I had them look at it as they found numerous "red flags"...so much rust underneath, cracked and moldy parts, and water damage. SAVED me from buying a horrible car!

Had my car 2 days there. Motor check was alarmed. First day they drove 1/4 of my gas tank empty and told me after hours, that they have to order a part. On the second day they were gone with the car for about an hour and told me, that they can not do it as they came back. It would be a repair for several thousands. Probably it is a repair of several thousands. But they did it with driving my car…. I am thinking to involve a lawyer. Now it is not just the lamp for engine. It is the lamp for oil as well. Worst I ever have seen.

This place is an absolute joke. Went in for new motor mounts and a oil leak. They eneded up breaking my turbo and still not fixing my oil leak. Here we are going on 3 months and they decide to wash down my engine getting water in places there isn't suposed to be water to tell me they didnt do it. I then went to the shell down the road where they said they have bmw specialists to only getting what they messed up on done for free but i still have a oil leak. Would never recomend this place to my worst enemy. Terrible service, rude, unlicensed, un experienceed mechanics in the area.

I dropped off my truck for the annual checkup. I was told several things were wrong with it, so I asked for estimates. 5 Hours later I did not hear from them, so I called. A female answered, said may I place you on hold and did not wait for my answer. 3 minutes later she came back on the line and I asked her for the estimates. She said you have to come get your truck and talk to the mechanic. I said just give me the numbers. She said you want me to give you the breakdown on each of them? There are too many! Come get your truck and talk to the mechanic! Very, very rude! Once I got home I called to say that I had an appointment Monday to drop off my car and I wanted to switch it to the truck to get the work done. Her response was Oh my God! Worst customer service ever! We have been going there for years and now we are on the lookout for a new mechanic. Once she is fired, we will be back!
