Very poor customer service. Had a simple clasp changed, received it and it was done wrong plus the original necklace was damaged. Was shown distorted photo of the necklace and was humiliated with their arrogant attitude. I would never go there again.

Personable, knowledgeable, and skillful. I took a piece of scrimshaw to be made into a pendant. No one else would work with it because they were afraid it would crack. They willingly worked with me. The suggestions as to what settings would look good were spot on. The piece is beautiful. Also, the selection of items they carry is always unique and beautiful.

The most impressive thing about this jewelry store is its customer service. I needed a watch repair done right the first time, and Bartlett didn't let me down. The owner is typically on site so quality control is in effect. My watch took quite awhile to repair but they have a certified Rolex technician who is both methodical and an expert in his field. The repair was given an estimate prior to work being completed. I picked up my watch and it looked as good as its original state. Polished and even a few helpful hints from Mr. Bartlett himself! I highly recommend this business and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Needed a fitting (smaller) on an engagement ring. The price was fair. The anticipated delivery date was fine. They ended up finishing it THAT DAY (not common). We were so pleased with them. Definitely going back for bands.

I stopped in to shop for a ring upgrade. Upon entering the small establishment, I was greeted by a tall blonde woman who asked what I was looking for and said she could help me. However, she asked another short brunette woman to help me instead. Very awkward, uncomfortable interaction between the staff members, which made the shopping experience poor. Moreover, during my session, the woman offered to clean my current ring while I was shopping. When I received my ring back, a stone was missing. They checked the machine and the stone was inside. They said that they can repair it for $75 and that it would take a week to a week and a half! What?! I ended up purchasing from LC Rings of Tampa instead (who repaired my ring on the spot free of charge and offered same day sizing). There are so many other small jewelers in the Tampa Bay Area, I'd avoid this place!

WOW I had seen on the other reviews how kind the staff was but they went above and beyond!I came in to clean my watch and extend the band. The watch was in bad shape when I brought it in (dirty and the band was jerry-rigged). They put it through their cleaner and had their watch guy carefully extend the band.I was in and out in minutes and they did this service totally gratis, while they could have easily charged me whatever they liked as I know nothing about watches.Really impressed with the service and staff here, I'll be going here for all future jeweler needs.

I went to Bartlett Jewelers and they were able to fix 2 necklace clasps while I waited, but the 3rd clasp needs replacing (soldering) so it will take a week. He also removed some scratches from a ring and ran my necklaces through the sonic cleaner so they sparkle and shine. VERY reasonable prices. I highly recommend Bartlett Jewelers!

Stopped in to check the store out- my wife and I were in desperate need of getting our rings cleaned. The staff was so friendly and kind and took great care of us. This was a 5 start experience.

Mr. Bartlett has a stellar reputation (the reason I first shopped here…I had seen great reviews). If you go, be sure and ask for Maria! She is awesome and has a designer’s eye! She’s so pleasant, sweet and NOT at all pushy! She gives you options and lets you do the choosing! **** I always call beforehand to make sure she will be there?5 STARS*****

Very impressed with the warmth, friendliness, and service. I left a ring with 3 diamonds that needed all prongs replaced. The estimate was extremely reasonable. I also needed 3 new watch batteries, which they did in a matter of minutes and charged very little. They have gorgeous jewelry in the cases as well! Very good experience.
