I called this morning right when you opened and spoke with a lady about having a warranty issue. She literally told me that she couldn’t help me and gave me stupid suggestions on how I need to be “working with” the warranty company. Tell me why I called the palmetto location and Valerie helped me solve my issue with top tier success, professionalism, and was quick too! You should be ashamed, Badcock of Bradenton.

Don't purchase furniture from here! If your lucky you may get your furniture a year later if that! They have your money and you have nothing! They keep promising delivery and keep changing it! Then some of it arrives with no hardware to assemble it! Stay clear from here! Go to rooms to go or even Big lots!

This is a good store. The person that helps me out there alot is Sue. I mean, she is like the nicest employee over there. I don't mind at all shopping here because me and my boyfriend like it there.

Bought a sleeper sofa and while we enjoyed our in store experience, thanks Susan, delivery was disappointing. The sofa they delivered was defective and had to be returned that day. The delivery crew also managed to damage a lampshade in the room.We were told we would have to wait 2 more days for a replacement. I called the delivery department and they agreed to refund a partial amount of the delivery charge due to our having to wait another morning to accept delivery. . No such refund has been made. The damage department did send a check for my damaged lampshade.

Don't buy here. They're fast to sell you protection plans and then, when you need the service is a back and forward. Plus the quality of the furniture the WORST. Go to another place and don't waste your money in Badcock.To the owner: Please don't waste your time replying, you know you don't do anything. Thanks

DO NOT BUY HERE! This is what happened to our sectional during the allowed time to use the extended warranty that they push on you just to be denied! They claim it’s normal wear and tear. Unbelievable! Horrible company to buy from. Don’t wast your time or your money at this dump.

Ms. Susan was extremely helpful with her service. Great conversation and offered plenty of choices. I purchased my daughter a bed and a recliner for the living room. I now have almost my whole house decorated with furniture for Badcock ☺️
