Ordered a battery, had to wait five minutes for an associate with an airpod in to help me. The store manager then hassled me about picking up the battery that was in my name. Great luck to for me that my battery died in the parking lot. They cant install my battery or help me in anyway. Will not shop here again.

I've received great sales & service here many times. Most recently Wilnaider diagnosed a bad battery and installed a new battery for me quickly and courteously. Experiences like this keep me coming back to AutoZone!

Kevin H was amazing. I was about to leave and replace my newly purchased battery. Kevin H offered to do it for me. he was had a great sense of humor and he was quick and courteous. It took all of 5 minutes. Very happy customer here! Thanks Kevin H

Excellent customer service last week from Tom H! After waiting on roadside assistance for 2.5 hours, I was not having the best day. I went into AutoZone for a battery replacement and was originally told they couldn't replace it there for me. Lucky for me, Tom stepped in and saved the day! I am so thankful that he was there that day and was willing to help me out!!

Geesh, didn't I just do this? Lol. AutoZone had always been a first-class autoparts store. What wise l else is there to say?! I dunno, maybe they have a gold toilet? ? just kidding.

Went in twice this week for 2 different brake lights, the first trp all went good, the second trip the associate was not able to convert the Kia part number to anything in the store. I said I'll go home and figure it out. In a short time I found the Sylvania bulb number needed and called the store, which it was available when I went back.
