I recently had a stroke and it’s sometimes hard to piece together my thoughts so when I was at this store to pick the second piece of my order which I’d already paid for the guy was real condescending and sarcastic treating me like I was mentally unstable. I’ve been coming to this store quite a while now but that’s a wrap for me. I’ll return to get his name and report him to corporate. Treat people right and leave your bad attitude and condescending tone at home!

Second time I’ve been handed the wrong oil filter. They have the wrong size in their system and these ppl claim the be the experts. It’s a complete joke they’re still in busy. I have tried to worn them they have wrong information in their system and they literally don’t care. Which means if your engine leaks oil the locks up. They don’t care. Disgrace to the auto industry.
I promise this will never happen again.

Don’t know their names, but the tall old man with glasses as well as the manager need attitude adjustments and new jobs. Throwing products on counters at customers, refusing to look up parts to get the part number, and snarky remarks while expecting customers to know everything. Who works there, you or us? If you don’t like your job, quit instead of disrespecting your customers.

I had the worst experience here. I went to the Commercial department to ask a question. There are two doors on the side to enter. When I went to the first door, a AutoZone employee was at the second door. He told me to come through the door that he was at which was the second door. I went through that door and once I got in a black male with a Jamaican or island accent, told me that I can’t come in that door . I tried to explain to him that the AutoZone employee told me too come through that door. Immediately that man snapped on me and screamed at me and said you don’t tell me what door you can come in. I tell you what door you can come in . I just exited the store . I called to complain on the black male with the Jamaican accent, and I was informed that he is srore manager so I had to go above his head. I retired from law enforcement when things went bad I never talked to anybody or even a criminal like dog S..t. I will never shop there again.

Called this morning and talked to a guy the name of John. Sounds like John needs to find a new job. Wasn't thrilled to be talking on the phone or answering questions that are part of his job. Was very snotty about it ended the call by being hung up on by John. Store number#1218

Awesome Experience! The black guy is so helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. My daughter needed a battery. We are so happy he was there.
