“Family owned and operated business that I had the very good fortune to find for my classic SUV needs. Great service. Expert care and the best quality that I noticed from the start: Honesty.
I have been trying to upgrade my SUV to be as good as when new. I made an appointment with Milex for a transmission service and other repairs. While I was in the waiting room, Bill Granger, the shop’s owner (and its mechanic too), asked me to come and look at my SUV which was already up on the lift. He showed me that the transmission oil he had already drained was totally clean and did not need to be replaced. I did not remember until then that I had had the transmission fluid changed not too long ago by another shop. I asked Bill what should happen then since he had already started the job. He said that he would replace it back and would not charge me for a service that I did not need. Well, that is what I call great and honest service.
Thank you Bill and Sheri Granger. I am your customer for all my vehicles needs from this point on!”

“I stupidly bought a used car from a small lot on Nebraska in Tampa, from Ray Samson. He erased the sensors history, and said the "check engine"light was the O2 sensor. But Shepherd told me the car will soon need a new engine, and advised me to take it back. Of course, Ray said no, all sales are final. This was an expensive lesson learned, $8000, but Shepherd kindly did not charge me for their expert opinion. Thanks, guys.”

“Took my car here a while ago, my front bumper was sagging due to a design flaw and I was having no luck at the dealership getting it resolved. Stopped by to get an estimate and the owner was super nice and assured me this was a common problem. He said he could replace the bumper, but I would most likely experience the same issue again at some point......He was correct as I had already replaced the bumper once. He had his men fix the bumper while I waited and then would not let me pay him anything! He said the issue may return, but this would be a good temporary fix......It's lasted a year and a half so far.
I never forgot this act of kindness and when my daughter needed some body work done, I took her car there. They did a great job and the work was done in a timely manner. I felt the price was also very fair.”

Instead of taking advantage of a family in a bad situation, Omar and Mary and her husband did everything that they possibly could to help us and even fit us in and repaired our car the same day and got us on the road back to KY! 10/10!
